WRWD Concept: Write, Read, Walk, and Draw Daily

March 3, 20251 Minute

The WRWD Concept: Write, Read, Walk, and Draw Daily—is a simple as possible way to get you throughout the week.

In an era of digital distractions and our demanding lifestyles, I establish habits that help me get through the week:

Write – I am learning to write, and I do it daily. Sometimes, it is one word sometimes, I manage a whole essay.
Read – I am not much of a reader, but I try to find a few articles a day.
Walk – I tend to walk every day, and it is good for my well-being.
Draw – I sketch everything as part of my work process.
