How do you brand a valley where paradise meets the legendary Bora wind?

Blagovna identiteta tipografija za Wajdušno je zahtevala ujeti dvojnost kraškega raja in divjega Bora vetra. Razvili smo blagovno identiteto tipografija, kjer se črke gibljejo kot veter sam skozi dolino.

The place

Wajdušna valley in Karst offers everything—stunning landscapes, exceptional wine, exquisite cuisine. But one defining force shapes it all: the legendary Bora wind that transforms this refined destination into something untamed.

The mark

We developed typography that bends and moves, echoing the Bora’s presence across the valley. The letterforms flow like wind itself, creating a variable system where each element responds to its context, just as the Bora responds to the Karst landscape.

Outcome

Wajdušna now owns its character—where the wind isn’t a problem, it’s the defining point. The brand moves like the force that made it.

Wajdušna — tipografija, ki se upogiba pod Bora vetrom.

Zakaj za Wajdušno je bil jasen: kako oblikovati identiteto za dolino, kjer se rafinirana kulinarika in vinarstvo srečata z divjim Bora vetrom? Kaj je nastalo — tipografski sistem, kjer se črke gibljejo in upogibajo kot veter sam skozi Kraško pokrajino. Kako smo pristopili: razvili smo variabilno tipografijo, kjer vsaka črka reagira na kontekst, tako kot Bora reagira na reliefne oblike Krasa. Črke se ne samo upogibajo — tečejo, se zavijajo, izgubljajo ostrino.

Vrednote projekta so bile jasne: ne smemo prikriti vetrovnosti kraja v prid eleganci, ampak jo narediti del identitete. Oblikovanje deluje, ker tipografija ni statična — na tiskovinah se obnaša drugače kot v digitalnih medijih, na velikih formatih drugače kot na malih. Zgodba Wajdušne je zgodba kraja, ki ga oblikuje narava, ne človek — in identiteta to posnema neposredno v svoji strukturi.
