How do you transform hotel amenities into cosmic experiences?

Hotel brand identity design requires transforming functional amenities into meaningful experiences. We developed Hello Universe’s cosmic positioning through restrained visual language that balances earthly hospitality with universal aspirations, proving hotel brand identity design can elevate ordinary touchpoints into transcendent guest rituals.

Client: Hello Universe

The brief

We needed to create a hotel amenities brand that positions daily rituals as spiritual experiences. The positioning had to feel both elevated and authentic, capturing cosmic connection without losing hospitality’s practical foundation.

Our approach

We built a visual system around clean typography and celestial imagery, using restraint to let the cosmic concept breathe. The minimalist packaging balances earthly functionality with universal aspirations through careful visual language.

Outcome

Hotels can now offer guests deeper connection beyond basic functionality. Ordinary amenities successfully position as transcendent daily rituals.

Hotel amenities that position daily rituals as cosmic connection.

The Why behind Hello Universe is hospitality’s untapped potential — guests want meaning, not just function. The What: a complete amenities brand that reframes shower gel as stardust and towels as cosmic comfort. The How relies on restraint — clean typography paired with celestial imagery, no mystical overreach. I built the visual system around the tension between earthly hospitality and universal aspiration. The Values demand authenticity over theatrics: cosmic positioning that guests believe because the design never oversells it.

The Design succeeds through disciplined minimalism. Typography stays grounded while imagery reaches upward. Packaging uses space as much as content — negative space becomes the universe itself. Every touchpoint from soap labels to room cards maintains this balance between practical and transcendent. The Story emerges from guest interaction: ordinary hotel rituals transformed into moments of cosmic awareness, proving brand identity can make the mundane meaningful without losing credibility.

GOOD DESIGN IS FOR GOOD CLIENTS.
