The challenge.
Gornji trg has always been home to local craft and artistry in Ljubljana’s historic center. But individual creators worked in isolation. The goal was to unite artists, craftsmen, and designers under a single identity that honors the street’s creative legacy.
The mark.
The identity centers around a bold “G” inspired by the Hercules Fountain at the street’s entrance. When viewed from a specific angle, the statue’s base subtly forms the letters G and T. Signature yellow reflects the joy and energy of the creatives who work here.
Outcome.
Individual creators now operate under a unified district identity that celebrates their collective spirit. The street has a clear creative positioning in Ljubljana’s cultural landscape.
