How do you rebrand a 50-year-old pet store chain without losing its family heritage?
Pet store branding transformed Zoocity’s five-decade legacy into a contemporary identity that resonates with modern pet-loving families. Our pet store branding strategy honored the Varda family’s caring heritage while creating fresh appeal.
Client: Zoocity
The challenge.
Zoocity began in 1974 when pets weren’t yet family members. The Varda family built a medium-sized chain on caring values. But after five decades, the brand needed to speak to modern pet parents while honoring its pioneering spirit.
The identity.
We created a playful wordmark that puts pets at the center. The custom lettering feels approachable yet professional. Bold colors and friendly typography reflect the family’s caring philosophy across all touchpoints.
Outcome.
Zoocity now connects with today’s pet-loving families while staying true to its roots. The brand feels fresh and relevant after 50 years in business.
