How do you honor a design legend who shaped your entire career?

Design blog branding projects demand deep understanding of digital communities and creative culture. When Carole Guevin resurrected Netdiver, the legendary platform needed design blog branding that honored its groundbreaking heritage while engaging modern audiences.

Client: Netdiver

The legacy.

Carole Guevin created Netdiver in 1998 — the design blog that discovered and featured the world’s best creatives. When she decided to resurrect this legendary platform, she needed an identity worthy of its pioneer status. The brief was deeply personal: create something that honors the past while moving forward.

The mark.

Clean typography meets subtle digital references. The wordmark balances authority with approachability — serious enough for industry respect, warm enough for community. Black and white foundation with selective color accents maintains the blog’s original aesthetic DNA while feeling contemporary.

Outcome.

Netdiver returned with an identity that respected its groundbreaking history while attracting a new generation of designers.
